BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A preliminary hearing for a Kern County sheriff’s sergeant accused of stealing drug pipes from a property room was postponed Wednesday to late October.
Ryan Dunbier is now set for a hearing Oct. 29 to determine if there’s sufficient evidence for the case to proceed. He remains free after posting bail in April.
