Rochester, N.Y. — Michael Wood, chief of the Greece Police Department, has filed a notice of claim after being placed on administrative leave earlier this year, according to a spokesperson for Wood.
The notice, signed July 17 by Wood, accuses the Town of Greece, Supervisor Jeff McCann and the Town Board of causing economic and mental distress.
