Your guide to the 2026 Rochester International Airshow: Tickets, parking, what to bring

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — This weekend, the Rochester airspace will be seeing some fantastic performances and engineering as the A.P. Property Services Rochester International Airshow takes off.

Held August 8 and 9 at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport, the gates will open at 9:30 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. Flying will begin at around 10:30 a.m. Find tickets here.

Watch P-51s, a Sukhoi SU-26M, an F-35B, the U.S. Army Gold Knights, a C-17 and a KC-135 tanker demo, wingwalking, a PT-17 Stearman, a BT-13, a C-47, Tora 101, a Beech C-45, a Fouga, an F-16, and many other planes, jets, and performers.

The Thunderbirds will be the last performers of the day around 4 p.m. or 5 p.m., with delays. The public has the opportunity to meet the Thunderbirds before the show on August 7 at the Rochester Public Market during Bands on the Bricks from 7-9 p.m.

Parking

Do not try to park at the airport terminal. Reserved and VIP parking will be at 1303 Scottsville Road. Parking is not included for general admission tickets. Regular airport parking, including the garage, remains open as usual for travelers…
