Onondaga and Oneida counties were among the top 10 large counties in the nation for growth in home values in June, according to data from Zillow.
The typical home value in Onondaga County was more than $288,000 in June, up 0.59% from May and up 6.48% from a year earlier. Those increases both ranked No. 7 in the nation and No. 2 in New York.
