Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices in three Onondaga County towns have increased more than 20% when compared with this time a year ago, according to new data.
The number has risen the most in Fabius of any town in the county. The average sale price for a home there is now $312,400, an increase of more than 24% from this point in 2025.
