This month, Sheriff Jason Ard along with Livingston Parish Sheriffs Office Special Victims’ Unit (SVU) Detectives began an investigation involving a First Degree Rape and Molestation of a Juvenile complaint.
Sheriff Jason Ard says, “During the course of the investigation, multiple interviews were conducted and evidence was gathered, making it possible for Detectives to identify the suspect as Todd Pearce Jr. (Denham Springs, LA). Concluding the investigation, Detectives gathered enough evidence to apply for an arrest warrant.”
Upon the approval of the arrest warrant by a 21st JDC Judge, Pearce was arrested on the following charges without incident:…
