Electrical malfunction fire displaces five people in Syracuse apartment fire

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Fire Department determined the cause of a fire that displaced five people on Aug. 6.

On Friday, the department said fire investigators determined that an electrical malfunction caused the fire at 507 Tully St.
