FAIRFAX, Iowa (KCRG) – An investigation is underway in Linn County after a police pursuit ended in a deadly crash Saturday night.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation at Williams Boulevard and East Southview Road in Fairfax at 9:13 p.m. on Saturday, August 8. The driver refused to pull over and led the deputy on a pursuit.
