The Lowell Police Department (LPD) announced over the weekend that a man was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Florida in connection with an outstanding warrant in Arkansas.
LPD said in a Facebook post that Gene Parker was arrested in southern Florida early Friday morning on a felony warrant out of Lowell.
