PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Fire & Rescue is on the scene of a hazardous materials spill at North Center Avenue and Hayden Island Drive.
“34,000 gallon tank with a free flowing leak from tank of an acid,” Portland Fire said. KATU’s Mike Warner says the truck’s placard indicated that it is carrying a corrosive chemical.
