BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — The streets were filled with a sea of green, black and gold for the first‑ever Jamaican Day Parade, and organizers say the event may become an annual tradition.
The inaugural celebration on Saturday drew thousands of Jamaicans and members of the Caribbean diaspora, who packed the streets of Brooklyn to honor culture and heritage.
