A 911 dispatcher reportedly urged a Colorado couple to stop pursuing another vehicle during a road rage incident. However, prosecutors allege the husband continued the chase and fired several shots into the pickup truck, striking a passenger in the head near Columbine High School.
Steven Cole Simpson, 25, was arrested last week and faces charges of first-degree murder after deliberation and attempted first-degree murder after deliberation in connection with the death of 23-year-old Andrew Luke Bott.
