WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A woman has been charged in connection to a stabbing in the city of Watervliet. It happened around 8:30 p.m. on August 9 in the area of 2nd Avenue and 13th Street.

Police said Raven Ward, 27, was in a domestic dispute when she stabbed the victim in the shoulder multiple times. A child was present at the time, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for their injuries.
Ward was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance…
