ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A two-unit apartment complex caught fire just before 10 p.m. Tuesday night in Rockford.
This happened at 2214 Eastmooreland Avenue. Nearby neighbors told Eyewitness News that they heard a loud noise around 9:30 p.m. before the complex went up in flames.
Authorities have not determined a cause or announced any injuries…
