A family-owned and operated commercial and residential glass and glazing business based in Colorado has filed for liquidation under Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Immaculate Glass LLC, doing business as Slade Glass and M&W Glass, filed for liquidation bankruptcy on July 31 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. The company was founded in 1961, offering window glass replacement and repair, custom shower doors and enclosures, mirrors, window wall assemblies and storefront metal installations.
According to court documents, Immaculate Glass reported $228,996.67 in total assets against $4.699 million in liabilities. The company detailed a roughly 31% decline in annual revenue from 2024 to 2025, with revenue plunging in 2026. The documents showed a considerable number of incomplete projects with many claims listed as contingent, unliquidated and disputed.
