PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An 80-year-old Independence, Ore., man died on Monday after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 5, Oregon State Police said.
The crash occurred just after 11:45 p.m. near Milepost 138 in Douglas County.
