DeFlock Dakota, a subgroup of DeFlock dedicated to teaching folks about Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) cameras, held its first presentation in Sioux Falls on Friday, Aug. 21, at the Siouxland Downtown Library.
Jordan Deffenbaugh, a “concerned citizen” who is not a member of DeFlock Dakota, served as the keynote speaker, advocating against ALPRs.
