An Oregon man is suing his city and several other parties following the death of his teenage daughter, whom he claims died while driving on a dangerous stretch of local road in the summer of 2024.
David Tankersley of Beaverton filed the wrongful death suit, obtained by PEOPLE, on behalf of the estate of his daughter, Mai Grace Tankersley, in Multnomah County Circuit Court on July 23.
The family is seeking damages of $39 million…
