GAINESVILLE, Fla. – AREY Group, a Georgia-based multifamily investment, development, and property management firm, today announced that construction is officially underway on Enclave at Marston, a 75-home build-to-rent (BTR) community in Gainesville. The milestone follows the closing of the project’s construction financing, with site work now in progress and vertical construction expected to begin in early 2027.
Enclave at Marston will feature 75 single-family rental homes, along with eight garage buildings, EV chargers, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool.
