SHREVEPORT, La. ( KTAL/KMSS ) – Grammy award-winning gospel artist Karen Clark Sheard and gospel singer Beverly Crawford are scheduled to headline an upcoming event in Shreveport.
The WOMB (Women of Massive Belief) EmpowerHer Event encourages women through a supportive community that embodies commitments to mentorship, education, advocacy, inspiration, confidence-building, developing resilience, and fostering a sense of leadership amongst women in the Shreveport area.

This panel is moderated by Angela Roberson and features Mrs. Jessica Latin, Principal Lynn Gardner, Attorney Eboni Norris , Pastor Yolanda Jackson, Evangelist Betenia Bolden, and other inspirational women from the Shreveport area.
7 p.m. – WOMB concert
Emcee’d by Roberson and Evangelist BB, the concert features female DJs, comedians, honorees, and gospel artists, including Karen Clark-Sheard, Beverly Crawford, and Kim Lumzy.
