Saratoga County, NY (WRGB) — A trespassing complaint on Galway Road in the town of Milton has led to felony burglary charges against a Milton man accused of entering the same home twice and stealing alcohol and money.
The Sheriff’s Office received the trespassing complaint May 5, 2026, at 10:14 a.m. on Galway Road. The investigation led to the arrest Thursday of 38-year-old Joshua Hoyt of Milton, on two counts of burglary in the second degree.
Hoyt is accused of knowingly entering and remaining in a home on Galway Road without the owner’s permission on April 21, 2026, and again on May 4, 2026. Authorities said he reportedly stole alcohol and money from the home…
