TROY — Vintage televisions line the windows of a storefront on the corner of Congress Street and Fourth Street in Troy, home to a new arcade bar and retro lounge.
It’s called Troy Rewind, which owners Shawn Handyside and Christopher Young opened at 96 Congress St. on May 1. The space was formerly home to metaphysical shop Star and Splendor, which moved to Altamont earlier this year.
The 1,400-square-foot space features a full-service bar and is filled with around 30 arcade games, which Handyside and Young look to rotate every few weeks…
