ALBANY — Omni Plaza in downtown Albany is being sold to Jankow Cos., a real estate development firm based on Ontario Street, for $10.1 million.
The property includes two interconnected office towers at 30 South Pearl St. and 54 State St. with 360,000 square feet of leasable space.
