ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new bakery and cafe has officially opened its doors in Rotterdam. Oh, Honey Cafe & Bakery held its soft opening over the weekend.

The eatery, located at 2976 Hamburg Street, is owned by Bri and Tommy Wells. The two sought to open a local establishment after spending 11 years in the restaurant industry and completing the culinary arts program at SUNY Schenectady.
Now, after several renovations to the building and months of preparations, Oh, Honey Cafe & Bakery is open for business. Their current menu features specialty lattes, sandwich options for both breakfast and lunch, salads, and a plethora of pastries.
Coffee shoppe officially opens in Catskill
For its first two weeks, Oh, Honey will have adjusted hours. From Wednesday, Sept. 9, through Sunday, Sept. 14, the bakery will be open from 9 a.m. until they are sold out. Further schedule updates will be posted to the business’s social media pages.
