Schenectady man sentenced in two-day Albany crime spree

ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — — A Schenectady man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a two-day crime spree in Albany — including threatening a 6-year-old child with a knife.

Prosecutors say Ernesto Cabrera, 26, also stole a teen’s phone at knifepoint, broke into a car, attempted to rob a store, and stole jewelry from a farmer’s market.
