RIO RANCHO — Rio Rancho’s Ethics Panel reviewed the city’s code of conduct Tuesday, the first substantive policy meeting since its new members took office late last year.
Panel Chairwoman Patricia Camp, Vice Chairman Nathaniel McKenzie, member Carrie Cook and alternate member Dorothy Onikute-Thompson reviewed the code during a presentation from city staff. The meeting followed a December 2025 gathering in which they selected a chairman and vice chairman, set a meeting schedule and heard rules of procedure.
