RIO RANCHO — The Toughest Monster Truck Tour will return to the Rio Rancho Events Center in January.
Presented by Melloy Dodge, the annual event will feature fan favorites on Friday, Jan. 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 16 at 3:00 p.m.
