SOUTH VALLEY, N.M. — Barcelona Road in the South Valley is going to be closed for a little under two weeks, beginning Monday.
Water Authority crews are going to close the road at Yuma to install a new manhole and new connections for an upcoming storm drain project there at Yuma. It is all part of a much larger project to try and reduce flooding risks in that area…
