ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Mayor Tim Keller reversed the city’s decision to cancel the annual Christmas Eve Luminaria Bus Tour and said the event will continue.
The city first announced plans to cancel the tour last Friday, saying it costs too much to keep operating.
