ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was in court Wednesday taking a plea deal on multiple charges. According to court documents, Cody Montoya faced a list of charges ranging from larceny to burglary.

Montoya, who was previously listed on APD’s Top 10 burglary offender list, was arrested by detectives in 2025. Wednesday in court Montoya changed his plea to guilty. Judge Courtney Weaks accepted Montoya’s plea. He is facing up to four years for his crimes.
