LEHIGH CO., Pa. – We now know the name of the victim of a deadly crash Friday night on Rte. 309 in Lynn Township, Lehigh County.
52-year-old Keith Staines was killed when his tanker truck slammed into a tractor trailer going the other direction. A cross on the side of Rt. 309 now marks the spot where Staines lost his life.
