EAST ALLEN TWP., Pa.- A third-generation butcher is bringing his skills to a brand-new shop in Northampton County.
Jeremy Scavazzo, along with his wife, Allison Scavazzo, will open Scavazzo’s Gilded Cleaver at 5751 Nor-Bath Boulevard in East Allen Township.
The couple closed on the sale of the three-unit strip mall this week. It previously was home to two businesses, a resale boutique and an HVAC company. The property is adjacent to Seiple Farms.
For now, the Scavazzos are swinging hammers instead of meat cleavers as they work to convert the space to one large shop. A grand opening is planned for the fall…
