An 18-year-old senior living community in Duluth is about to undergo a nearly $10 million renovation as part of its recent acquisition by a Minnesota-based company.
Dominium recently announced its acquisition of the 165-unit Sweetwater Terraces community, which is located on Sweetwater Road. The property is Dominium’s sixth community in Gwinnett County. Overall, the company owns about two dozen or so properties in metro Atlanta.
