A Georgia man was racing his Mercedes with the acceleration pedal “fully depressed,” reaching 94 mph before slamming into a couple running errands, killing their unborn baby.
Dorin Lupas, 33, stands accused of first-degree feticide by vehicle and two counts of serious injury by vehicle, along with misdemeanor racing and reckless driving charges.
