A man had hoped to sit down and enjoy a nice meal at a restaurant in Alpharetta, Georgia, only to allegedly be kicked out by the owner and threatened with a call to the police. Dino Garvey (@luv_jah) shared the incident in a video on Instagram, showing the “aggressive” confrontation he had with who he believed was one of the restaurant’s owners.
“I typically don’t post about customer service at restaurants because I understand that people have bad days and honest mistakes happen,” Garvey said in his post on Aug. 31. “However, my experience today at Lin’s Chinese Cuisine at Windward in Alpharetta, GA, needs to be shared.”
According to Garvey, he made a quick trip to his car after placing an order and returned to eat in the restaurant. He said he sat down to eat at a table next to the male owner, who took his order and even gave him a free bottle of water.

“Less than 10 minutes later, a woman whom I believe was the other owner came out aggressively and told me I had to leave,” Garvey said. Garvey claimed he questioned the owner as to why she was approaching him “aggressively,” before allegedly being told to take his food and leave. “I repeatedly asked her to stop walking toward me so aggressively and to calm down,” he said…
