With all proceeds utilized towards improving and beautifying the historic downtown district and supporting area nonprofits, the award-winning 43rd annual Duluth Fall Festival returns this weekend.
The festival is set for Saturday (from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.) and Sunday (from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.)
