BORGER, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Borger Animal Services need help identifying the owner of a dog that bit a person walking in the 600 block of Evergreen on Saturday.
According to BAS, at around 9:40 a.m. on July 18, a person was walking in the 600 block of Evergreen Street when they heard a dog barking and observed the dog run across the street toward them.
