Three men arrested on federal weapons charges

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – An Amarillo Federal Grand jury has handed down an eight-count indictment against three men. 28-year-old Austin Lee Dykgraaf, 25-year-old Eminio Jesus Lujan, and 27-year-old Zaneth Lane Montgomery were indicted on March 26 for the charges.

All three men are facing one count each of Conspiracy to Possess Stolen Firearms, and Unlawful Possession of a Machinegun, and three-counts of Possession of Stolen Firearms.

Dykgraaf is also facing three-counts of Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

The Federal Indictment alleges that the three men traveled around the Panhandle and burglarized vehicles of firearms and other valuables. The document also says they were attempting to sell or barter the stolen weapons.
