POTTER COUNTY, Texas (KVII) — The man accused of rolling a woman’s remains around in a stroller died while in custody at the Potter County Jail.
Ronald Ernest Milles, 68, was in the custody of the Potter County Sheriff’s Office died in February after months of medical care, according to a custodial death report filed with the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
