AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Amarillo Police Department advised that a 17-year-old has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting at an apartment complex on May 2.
According to APD, Jame Htoo was charged with murder yesterday.
Officials note that Htoo was already at the Potter County Detention Center when the warrant was issued. According to court documents, he was arrested earlier this month on a misdemeanor charge of Evading Arrest or Detention.
