A 42-year-old Anaheim man has been taken into custody in connection with what investigators described as a violent kidnapping and assault early Sunday morning.
Investigators with the Fullerton Police Department said two victims, a man and a woman, were sitting in a vehicle at an undisclosed location in Anaheim when the suspect, later identified as 42-year-old Charles Hernandez, approached the vehicle and allegedly began hitting it with his hands.
