GARDEN GROVE (FOX 5/KUSI) — Thousands in Garden Grove and nearby Orange County communities remain under mandatory evacuation orders due to a chemical threat at an aerospace facility.
“I have nothing on me. I’m going to work with slippers,” said Thu Nguyen, a Garden Grove resident who spoke to FOX 5/KUSI outside a local evacuation center that was directing people to an overnight emergency shelter set up by the Red Cross about 25 minutes away.
