New GM Promoted at Qayaq Construction

As General Manager, Anderson provides strategic and operational leadership across all Qayaq Construction’s projects.

Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering technology from Montana State University Bozeman. He joined Qayaq in 2021 after several years as a project engineer and project manager for oil field support services and heavy civil construction. His project history includes airport repairs in Tununak and Kiana, ice bridge construction on the Sagavanirktok River, and road rehabilitation on the Dalton, Richardson, and Elliott Highways.

Building the Manh Choh Access Road for Peak Gold near Tok has been a career highlight. “Throughout the construction process we were able to meet the project timeline despite limited access, increased scope, and various design changes,” says Anderson. “I was really proud of how our Qayaq team performed.”…
