WASILLA, Alaska (KTUU) – The two-month long strike involving school bus drivers in the Matanuska Valley is finally over, according to the Teamsters Local 959 union.
In a Facebook post Friday, the union said it had voted Thursday to ratify a contract offer negotiated between the union and Durham School Services, the contracted company that provides buses for the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District.
