Dentures don’t work the way they’re supposed to for 59-year-old Lansing resident Diane R.*, and the resulting impact on her life has been extremely challenging. She started wearing dentures about a year ago, but her bottom dentures don’t stay in correctly.
“With the top denture, you automatically get that suction at the top of your mouth, but at the bottom, you don’t get that,” Diane says. “So you have to rely on a lot of adhesives and things like that to keep it in place, and that only works so well.”…
