A Maryland man is facing multiple charges after Pennsylvania State Police said he followed another driver for more than 20 miles before crashing in Chester County.
Landon Huntoon, 45, of Elkton, Maryland, is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by motor vehicle while driving under the influence and related offenses.
