FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A hungry raccoon was rescued after it got its head stuck in a hole in a dumpster.
On Friday, Fairfax County Animal Services said its animal services officers were called to assist a “wildlife foodie” after receiving a call about a raccoon with its head stuck in a dumpster.
Officers were able to safely get the raccoon out. It did not look like it was hurt, so it went on and made its way home, Fairfax County Animal Services said.
