Western NC man sentenced for felony drug trafficking

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A western North Carolina with a lengthy criminal history pleaded guilty on Tuesday to multiple charges of drug trafficking.

According to the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office, 56-year-old Henry Christopher Aiken was sentenced to 87 – 117 months in state prisons after he pleaded guilty to two charges of trafficking in cocaine and being a habitual felon.

The district attorney’s office said Aiken has multiple previous felony convictions dating back to 1988, including convictions of breaking and entering, larceny and a sex offense…
