A 22-year-old man is facing DUI and felony vehicular homicide charges following a deadly crash in Cobb County.
Police say Carlos Garcia was driving a Ford F-150 north on Sandtown Road toward Booth Road when he failed to maintain his lane and crossed into oncoming traffic.
