Trademark Property Company, a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, has assumed management, leasing, and operations of the mixed-use Atlantic Station.
Trademark has spent more than 30 years developing and operating mixed-use communities across the country, including Market Street–The Woodlands, Annapolis Town Center, and Galleria Dallas, according to a press release.
